Raise a taxon from synonymy and re-instate it.
/taxon/delete?uuid=uuid DONE
Prerequisite: Accepted Name T1 Synoynm S1, new Accepted
Name T2
Actions:
• Create new accepted name T3 with same name as S1
• Add T3 as child of T2
• Remove S1 from T1
• Delete S1
Errors
• Child must have the same genus & uninominal, specific
epithet as parent: Recovery: warn user, give option of
making S1 synonym of T3 and creating new name based on
genus (and specific epithet) of T2 and basionym author
(and nomenclatural reference if zoological author) of S1
• Accepted child name cannot have the same genus name &
terminal epithet (in the case of zoology), genus name,
specific epithet & infraspecific epithet (in the case
of botany) as this creates a homonym. Recovery: warn
user, then give the option to auto-create a homonym
instead, and specify a new replacement name.
