People with only initials or hypenated names are not converted into author format properly
These two problems specifically relate to Tony Pittaway
= A.R. Pittaway. You can try them out on his personal
publications if you wish.

He is an odd one, as it were, because his initials are
A.R. but he is known as Tony. So in the person object,
I have Tony in First Name but have the title
"preserved" as "Pittaway, A.R." Now, I have been
editing references with him in it and clearing the
title field, unchecking the preserve title and then
using "review" to generate the title again. However,
despite the author appearing as "A.R. Pittaway", the
title is generated with "Pittaway, T."

So I decided that I would simply change his "First
Name" to "A.R." and ignore the Tony bit. However, the
person title is then generated as "Pittaway, A." only.

I have put the Tony" back in so you can have a look
yourself. Again, I can force what I want by preserving
the final title of the reference but this is not ideal.
